RESOLUTION NO. 1684
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
DETERMINING UNPAID ASSESSMENTS
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT No. 87-1
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San
Jacinto has confirmed the assessment for Assessment District
No. 87-1 in the total amount of $1,415, OOO; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received a list (the
"List of Unpaid Assessments") of all such assessments upon
such Assessment District, and all will be unpaid and will go
to bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The List of Unpaid Assessments attached
hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference
is correct, and the amount of unpaid assessments on Assess-
ment District No. 87-1, and upon the security for which
improvement bonds are to be issued, is $1, 415, 000.
Section 2 . The Deputy City Clerk shall file a
certified cony of this Resolution (including Exhibit A) with
the City Manager of the City of San Jacinto.
Section 3 . The Mayor, the Deputy City Clerk, the
City Council, the City Manager, the Superintendent of Streets
and such other officers and employees of the Issuer as are
appropriate are authorized and directed to execute such other
documents and take such further action as shall be consistent

with the intent and purpose of this Resolution and as they
deem necessary of appropriate to consummate the issuance,
sale and delivery of the Bonds.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon its passage.
MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of
larch , 1937 , by the following roll call vote:
