1 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
2 CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THE RESULTS OF A "MELLO-ROOS COMMUNITY
FACILITIES ACT OF 198211 SPECIAL TAX AND BOND AUTHORIZATION
3 ELECTION

THIS RESOLUTION IS ADOPTED WITH REFERENCE TO THE FOLLOWING
5 FACTS:
6 WHEREAS , the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA
( hereinafter referred to as the " legislative body of the local
7 Agency " ) , has previously declared its intention and held and
conducted proceedings relating to the issuance of bonds to be
g secured by special taxes to pay for certain public capital
facilities in a community facilities district , as authorized
9 pursuant to the terms and provisions of the "Mello-Roos
community Facilities Act of 1982 " , being chapter 2 . 5 , Part 1 ,
10 Division 2 , Title 5 of the Government Code of the State of
California , said Community Facilities District being referred to
11 as COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO . 2 ( hereinafter referred to
as the "District" ) ; and,
12 WHEREAS , said legislative body did call for and order to be held
13 an election to submit to the qualified electors of the District
a proposition to incur a bonded indebtedness secured by a
14 special tax levy to pay for certain capital facilities in the
District ; and,

WHEREAS , at this time said election has been held and the
16 measure voted upon and did receive the favorable 2/3 ' s vote of
the qualified electors , and this legislative body does desire to
17 declare the favorable results of the election in accordance with
the provisions of Section 22932 of the Elections Code of the
18 State of California.
19 NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of San Jacinto , in regular session, this 17th day of
20 January , 1989 as follows :
21 1 . That the above recitals are all true and correct .
22 2 . That this legislative body hereby receives and approves the
CERTIFICATE OF DEPUTY CITY CLERK AND STATEMENT OF VOTES
23 CAST , as submitted by the Deputy City Clerk of this City,
said Statement setting forth the number of votes cast in the
24 election, the measure voted upon , and the number of votes
given for and/or against the measure voted upon . A copy of
25 said Certificate and Statement is attached hereto, marked
Exhibit "A" , referenced and so incorporated .
26 3 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed , pursuant to the
27 provisions of the Elections Code of the State of California,
to enter in the minutes the results of the election as set
28 forth in said STATEMENT OF VOTES CAST .
29 4 . The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution .

COUNCIL duly held the 17th day of January, 1989 .
