1 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
CALIFORNIA, ORDERING CERTAIN CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS TO THE
2 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION AND PROCEEDINGS RELATING TO THE
FORMATION OF A COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT

4 THIS RESOLUTION IS ADOPTED WITH REFERENCE TO THE FOLLOWING
FACTS:

WHEREAS , the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA
6 ( hereinafter referred to as the " legislative body of the local
Agency" ) , has previously declared its intention and ordered the
7 preparation of a "Report" relating to the initiation of proceed-
ings to create a Community Facilities District pursuant to the
8 terms and provisions of the "Mello-Roos Community Facilities Act
of 198211 , being Chapter 2 . 5 , Part 1 , Division 2 , Title 5 of the
91 Government Code of the State of California . This Community
Facilities District shall hereinafter be referred to as
10 COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO . 2 ( hereinafter referred to as
the "District" ) ; and,
11 WHEREAS , notice of a public hearing relating to the establish-
12 ment of the District , the extent of the District , the furnishing
of certain facilities and all other related matters has been
13 given , and a " Report " , as ordered by this Agency, has been
presented and considered, and at this time it is hereby deter-
1-4 mined that certain changes and modifications in the Resolution
of Intention and proceedings should be ordered .

NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
16 City of San Jacinto , in regular session , this 3rd day of
January, 1989 as follows :

1 . That the above recitals are all true and correct .

2 . That it is in the best public interest and convenience to
19 order certain changes and modifications to the proceedings
and Resolution of Intention, as they relate to the forma-
20 tion of the District , and said changes and modifications
are as set forth in the final "Report" submitted and herein
21 approved , entitled " COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT REPORT" .
22 3 . That the proceedings , Resolution of Intention and "Report"
as now modified , shall stand for all future proceedings as
23 the Resolution of Intention , proceedings and "Report" for
the District .

4 . The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
25 Resolution .

MOVED , PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF SAID CITY
27 C.OUNC.IL duly held the 3rd day of January , 1969 .
