1 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
CALIFORNIA, ORDERING AND DIRECTING THE PREPARATION OF A "REPORT"
2 FOR A COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT

THIS RESOLUTION IS ADOPTED WITH REFERENCE TO THE FOLLOWING
4 FACTS-
5 WHEREAS , the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA
( hereinafter referred to as the " legislative body of the local
6 Agency" ) , has declared its intention to initiate proceedings to
create a Community Facilities District pursuant to the terms and
7 provisions of the "Mello-Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982 " ,
being Chapter 2 . 5 , Part 1 , Division 2 , Title 5 of the Government
8 Code of the State of California . This Community Facilities
District shall hereinafter be referred to as COMMUNITY
9 FACILITIES DISTRICT NO . 3 ( hereinafter referred to as the
"District" ) ; and ,
10 WHEREAS , this legislative body directs , pursuant to the provi-
11 sions of Section 53321 . 5 of the Government Code of the State of
California , the preparation of a " Report " to provide more
12 detailed information relating to the proposed District , the
proposed public services and estimate of cost .
13 NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
14 City of San Jacinto , in regular session , this 3rd day of
January , 1989 as follows :
15 1 That the above recitals are all true and correct .
16 2 . That the appointed SPECIAL TAX CONSULTANT is hereby
17 directed and ordered to prepare a "Report " to be presented
to this legislative body, said "Report" to contain further
le information and data regarding a description of the public
services required to meet the needs of the District ,
19 further data and information regarding the estimate of the
cost for providing said services , and any further data
20 relating to the rate or method of apportionment of the
special tax required to finance said public services . Said
21 "Report" shall further contain any other material that is
related to the proposed public services or District .

3 . Said "Report" , upon its preparation, shall be submitted to
23 this legislative body for review , and said "Report" shall
be made a part of the record of the public hearing on the
24 Resolution of Intention to establish said District .
25 a . The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution .

27 MOVED , PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF SAID CITY
COUNCIL duly held the 3rd day of January , 1989 .
