1 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING BOUNDARY MAP SHOWING PROPERTIES AND LAND TO
2 BE SERVED BY CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVICES IN A COMMUNITY FACILITIES
DISTRICT

4 THIS RESOLUTION IS ADOPTED WITH REFERENCE TO THE FOLLOWING
FACTS,

WHEREAS , the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA
6 ( hereinafter referred to as the " legislative body of the local
Agency" ) , desires to initiate proceedings to create a Community
7 Facilities District pursuant to the terms and provisions of the
"Mello-Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982 " , being Chapter
8 2 . 5 , Part 1 , Division 2 , Title 5 of the Government Code of the
State of California , This Community Facilities District shall
9 hereinafter be referred to as COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO.
3 ( hereinafter referred to as the "District" ) ; and,
10 WHEREAS , there has been submitted a map showing the properties
11 and parcels of land proposed to be subject to a special tax to
pay for said services to be levied within the above-referenced
12 District .
13 NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of San Jacinto , in regular session , this 3rd day of
14 January , 1989 as follows :
15 1 . That the above recitals are all true and correct .
16 2 . That the map designated as " BOUNDARIES OF COMMUNITY
FACILITIES DISTRICT NO . 3 " , showing the properties and
17 parcels of land to be subject to a special tax levied within
the above- referenced District is hereby approved and
18 adopted.
19 3 . A certificate shall be endorsed on the original and on at
least one ( 1 ) copy of the map of the District , evidencing
20 the date and adoption of this Resolution, and within fifteen
( 15 ) days after the adoption of the Resolution fixing the
21 time and place of the hearing on the formation or extent of
said District , a copy of said map shall be filed with the
22 correct and proper endorsements thereon with the County
Recorder , all in the manner and form provided for in
23 Sections 3110 and 3111 of the Streets and Highways Code of
the State of California .
24 4 . The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
25 Resolution.

MOVED , PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF SAID CITY
27 COUNCIL duly held the 3rd day of January , 1989 .
