1 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
CALIFORNIA, MAKING APPOINTMENTS IN A COMMUNITY FACILITIES
2 DISTRICT

THIS RESOLUTION IS ADOPTED WITH REFERENCE TO THE FOLLOWING
4 FACTS:
5 WHEREAS , the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA
( hereinafter referred to as the " legislative body of the local
6 Agency" ) , desires to initiate proceedings to create a Community
Facilities District pursuant to the terms and provisions of the
7 " Mello-Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982 " , being Chapter
2 . 5 , Part 1 , Division 2 , Title 5 of the Government Code of the
8 State of California. This Community Facilities District shall
hereinafter be referred to as COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO.
9 3 ( hereinafter referred to as the "District" ) ; and ,
10 WHEREAS , at this time, this legislative body is desirous of
making the required appointments and designating persons to
11 perform certain duties , in order to allow the proceedings to go
forward to completion in accordance with the provisions of law.

NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED , by the City Council of the
13 City of San Jacinto , in regular session , this 3rd day of
January , 1989 as follows :

1 . That the above recitals are all true and correct .

2 . That throughout the course of these proceedings , the City
16 Council of the City of San Jacinto will be acting as the
legislative body of the Community Facilities District No . 3 ,
17 a legally constituted governmental entity as defined by
Section 53317 of the Government Code of the State of
18 California.
19 3 . All applicable regulatory rules of the City, including date ,
time and place of meetings , as well as notice requirements ,
20 shall be applicable for all proceedings conducted by this
legislative body as the governing board of the Community
21 Facilities District .
22 4 . That the HEMET NEWS is hereby designated as the newspaper
for all publications as required by law and as necessary for
23 completion of this District .
24 5 . That KADIE-JENSEN-JOHNSON & BODNAR is hereby appointed to
act as Tax Consultant for the purpose of assisting in the
25 establishment of the tax rate for this District .
26 6 . That BROWN & DIVEN, Attorneys at Law, is hereby appointed to
act as Special Counsel for the purposes of preparing proceed-
27 ings , pursuant to the terms and conditions of a Special
Counsel Agreement submitted herewith , which Agreement is
28 hereby accepted and approved for execution .
29 7 . The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution .

MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF SAID CITY
COUNCIL duly held the 3rd day of January, 1989 .
