I A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SAN JACINTO
CALIFORNIA, COMMENDING R.J. STEVENS, FORMER
2 MEMBER OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, AND EXPRESSING THANKS AND
t APPRECIATION FOR HIS EXEMPLARY SERVICE RENDERED
TO SAID CITY.
WHEREAS, R. J . Stevens has rendered in excess of 25 years
511exemplary and competent counsel in the direction of affairs of
, the City of San Jacinto, as a Volunteer Fireman, member of the
6 ; Planning Commission and member of the City Council; and
� WHEREAS, R. J. Stevens deserves the respect , admiration,
! gratitude and thanks from the City of San Jacinto, California,
bland also its residents; and

9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of

! the City of San Jacinto, California, does hereby express its
I� Igratitude on behalf of the City and all residents of San Jacinto,
; commending R. J. Stevens for his many years of loyal, conscien-
11itious and dedicated service on behalf of the City all all its
I21residents and thanks him for such and regrets the very real loss
( of his counsel, wisdom and guidance.
13 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a plaque bearing the seal of
the City of San Jacinto, California be presented to R. J. Stevens
14 as a token of the City' s appreciation and gratitude for his
exemplary service .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be
ICI appropriately drafted and perma-plaqued for presentation to
said R. J. Stevens .
MOVED, PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of December 1988 .
