RESOLUTION NO. 1781
1 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING BOUNDARY MAP SHOWING PROPERTIES AND LAND TO
2 BE SERVED BY CERTAIN PUBLIC CAPITAL FACILITIES IN A COMMUNITY
FACILITIES DISTRICT

4 THIS RESOLUTION IS ADOPTED WITH REFERENCE TO THE FOLLOWING
FACTS:
5 WHEREAS , the CITY COUNCIL Of the CITY OF SAN JACINTO , CALIFORNIA
6 ( hereinafter referred to as the " legislative body of the local
Agency" ) , desires to initiate proceedings to create a Community
7 Facilities District pursuant to the terms and provisions of the
"Mello-Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982 " , being Chapter
8 2 . 5 , Part 1 , Division 2 , Title 5 of the Government Code of the
State of California . This Community Facilities District shall
9 hereinafter be referred to as COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO.
2 ( hereinafter referred to as the "District" ) ; and,
10 WHEREAS , there has been submitted a map showing the properties
11 and parcels of land proposed to be subject to a special tax
levied within the above-referenced District .
12 NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council Of the
13 city of San Jacinto , in regular session , this 22nd day of
November , 1988 as follows :
14 1 . That the above recitals are all true and correct .

2 . That the map designated as "BOUNDARIES OF COMMUNITY FACILI-
16 TIES DISTRICT NO. 2 " showing the properties and parcels of
land to be subject to a special tax levied within the above-
17 referenced District is hereby approved and adopted .
18 3 . A certificate shall be endorsed on the original and on at
least one ( 1 ) copy of the map of the District , evidencing
19 the date and adoption Of this Resolution, and within fifteen
( 15 ) days after the adoption of the Resolution fixing the
20 time and place of the hearing on the formation or extent of
said District , a copy of said map shall be filed with the
21 correct and proper endorsements thereon with the County
Recorder , all in the manner and form provided for in
22 Sections 3110 and 3111 of the Streets and Highways Code of
the State of California .
23 4 . The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
24 Resolution.
