1 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
2 CALIFORNIA, MAKING APPOINTMENTS IN A COMMUNITY FACILITIES
DISTRICT

4 THIS RESOLUTION IS ADOPTED WITH REFERENCE TO THE FOLLOWING
FACTS:
5 WHEREAS , the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA
6 ( hereinafter referred to as the " legislative body of the local
Agency" ) , desires to initiate proceedings to create a Community
7 Facilities District pursuant to the terms and provisions of the
" Mello-Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982 " , being Chapter
8 2 . 5 , Part 1 , Division 2 , Title 5 of the Government Code of the
State of California . This Community Facilities District shall
9 hereinafter be referred to as COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO.
2 ( hereinafter referred to as the "District" ) ; and ,
10 WHEREAS , at this time , the City is desirous of making the
11 required appointments and designating persons to perform certain
duties , in order to allow the proceedings to go forward to
12 completion in accordance with the provisions of law.
13 NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of. the
City of: San Jacinto , in regular session, this 22nd day of
14 November , 1988 as follows :
15 1 . That the above recitals are all true and correct .
16 2 . That throughout the course of these proceedings , the City
Council of the City will be acting as the legislative body
17 of the Community Facilities District No . 2 , a legally consti-
tuted governmental entity as defined by Section 53317 of the
18 Government Code of the State of California .
19 3 . All regulatory rules of the City , including date, time and
place of meetings , as well as notice requirements , shall be
20 applicable for all proceedings conducted by this legislative
body as the governing body of the Community Facilities
21 District .
22 4 . That the HEMET NEWS is hereby designated as the newspaper
for all publications as required by law and as necessary Eor
23 completion of this District .
24 5 . That IiADIE-JENSEN-JOHNSON & BODNAR is hereby appointed to
act as Tat: Consultant and Financial Consultant for the
25 purposes of assisting in the establishment of the tax rate
and sale of bonds for this District .
26 6 . That BROWN & DIVEN, Attorneys at Law, is hereby appointed to
27 act as Bond Counsel For the purposes of preparing proceed-
ings and issuing an approving opinion attesting to the
28 validity of the proceedings and the enforceability of the
bonds .
29 7 . That there is hereby authorized and established a special
30 revolving fund designated by the name of the District .
Available monies , including property owner advances , may be
31 transferred to said fund to pay for current expenses , as
well as the acquisition and construction of facilities ,
32 including engineering services , and said fund shall be
reimbursed from tax revenues and/or other monies available
from said District or from other contribution funds .
S . The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution .
