A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING RATES FOR
� THE COLLECTION OF GARBAGE AND RUBBISH COLLECTED
WITHIN OR BY THE SAID CITY OF SAN JACINTO
THE CITY L00\1CIL OF THE CITY OF BAN JACINTO DOES HEREBY 11ESOLVE

Section 2. For the prl\/ilege of having garbage and rubbish
` not less than twice during each calendar week , there
shall be assessed and charged :
(a) For the owner or occupant of residences: $7 .25 per
/ month .
� (�� For the owner or op�rator of multipIe unit dwellings
each, having kitchen facilities: $ ?.25 per month for
W the first unit and s6" 75 for each additional unit

(c ) For the owner or operator of any commercial establish�

(e The City Council may provide that rubbish not included
