A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN JACINTO ESTABLISHING FEES FOR ALARM
SYSTEMS PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 8 .20 OF THE
SAN JACINTO MUNICIPAL CODE.
WHEREAS, Chapter 8. 20 of the San Jacinto Municipal
Code requires the establishment of fees for alarm
systems, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto does
hereby resolve as follows:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the
City of San Jacinto in accordance with provisions of
Chapter 8. 20 of the San Jacinto Municipal Code
establishes the following fees:
1. Alarm Permits
A. Business - Annual $ 60. 00
B. Residential - (One Time Charge) 40. 00
C. Senior Citizen over 60 years of
age (Residential) No Charge
2 . False Alarms
A. Up to three (3) in 180 days Letter
Notification
B. Four (4) to Five (5) within
180 days $ 50.00
per response
C. Six (6) to eight (8) within
365 days $ 100 . 00
per response
D. Nine (9) within 365 days $ 200. 00
plus no
further
responses
3 . Administrative Processing Service
For Permits 10% of
Permit Cost
4 . Reinstatement charge $ 200. 00
5. Police Department Alarm Panel
A. Annual Monitor Charge $ 180 . 00
MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
the said City Council on the 18th day of June , 1991 .
