A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
CALIFORNIA OF INTENTION TO ORDER ABANDONMENT OF A
1 PORTION OF ELEVENTH STREET BETWEEN SANTA FE AVENUE
AND THE BUENA VISTA RETENTION BASIN.

3 The City Council of the City of San Jacinto,
California, does hereby declare its intent to vacate
4 and abandon certain portion of the public right-of-way
under and through the property as shown on attached
5 Exhibit "A" : and,
$ A map of said right-of-way proposed to be vacated and
abandoned is on file in the office of the Department of
a Community Development in the City of San Jacinto to
which reference is hereby made for further particulars.
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in or
9 objecting to the proposed vacation and abandonment that
a hearing thereon will be held at the City Council
10 Chambers in the city of San Jacinto located at 625 Pico
Avenue, San Jacinto, California, at 7 : 30 p.m. ,
11 Tuesday, July 16, 1991, which set time is not less than
fifteen (15) days from the adoption of this Resolution.

The City Clerk is directed to publish this resolution
13 in the manner prescribed by law for the publishing of
ordinances of the City and to post notices of vacation
14 conspicuously along the line of the property proposed
to be vacated at least ten (10) days before the date
15 hereinabove set for hearing, said notices shall be
posted and shall state that this resolution has been
16 adopted, and the time and place hereinabove set forth
for hearing thereon.
