1 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
2 CALIFORNIA, ORDERING CERTAIN CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS RELATING
TO THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO AN EXISTING COMMUNITY
3 FACILITIES DISTRICT
Zi THIS RESOLUTION IS ADOPTED WITH REFERENCE TO THE FOLLOWING
5 FACTS:

WHEREAS , the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF SAN JACINTO ,
7 CALIFORNIA, ( hereinafter referred to as the " legislative body of
the local Agency" ) , has previously declared its intention and
8 held and conducted proceedings relating to the annexation of
territory to an existing Community Facilities District pursuant
9 to the terms and provisions of the "Mello-Roos Community
Facilities Act of 1982 " , being Chapter 2 . 5 , Part 1 , Division 2 ,
10 Title 5 of the Government Code of the State of California, and
specifically Article 3 . 5 thereof . The existing Community Facili-
ties District has been designated as COMMUNITY FACILITIES
DISTRICT NO. 3 ( hereinafter referred to as the "District" ) ; and ,

WHEREAS , there has been submitted an amended map deleting
13 certain parcels from the proposed District and now showing the
territory proposed to be annexed to the existing Community
14 Facilities District ; and,
15 WHEREAS , the area now proposed to be annexed is still known
and designated as COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO . 3 ,
16 ANNEXATION NO . 2 ( hereinafter referred to as the "annexed
territory" ) ; and ,
17 WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing relating to the annexation
18 of territory to the existing District , the extent of the terri-
tory to be annexed, the furnishing of certain services and all
19 other related matters has been given, and at this time it is
hereby determined that certain changes and modifications in the
20 boundaries of the territory to be annexed should be ordered .
21 NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of San Jacinto, in regular session, this 18th day of June,
22 11991 as follows :
23 1 . That the above recitals are all true and correct .
2d 2 . That the amended map showing the property, parcels and
territory now proposed to be annexed to an existing Commu-
25 pity Facilities District and to be subject to a special tax
to be levied is hereby approved and adopted . Said map is
26 designated by the name of the existing District and the
number of the proposed annexation .
27 3 . A certificate shall be endorsed on the original and on at
28 least one ( 1 ) copy of the amended map of the territory to
be annexed, evidencing the date and adoption of this Resolu-
29 tion , and within fifteen ( 15 ) days after the adoption of
this Resolution, a copy of said map shall be filed with the
30 correct and proper endorsements thereon with the County
Recorder , all in the manner and form provided for in
31 Section 3111 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State
of California.

4 . That the amended boundary map, as now modified , shall stand
for all future proceedings as the map of the territory to
be annexed.
2 5 . The City Clerk shall , certify to the adoption of this
Resolution.

COUNCIL duly held the 18th day of June, 1991 .
