A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, OF INTENTION TO ORDER
ABANDONMENT OF AN ALLEY LOCATED BETWEEN SEVENTH STREET
AND SANTO DRIVE.
The City Council of the City of San Jacinto, California, does
hereby declare its intent to vacate and abandon certain portion of
the public right-of-way under and through the property hereinafter
described in the City of San Jacinto, County of Riverside, State
of California.
A map of said right-of-way proposed to be vacated and abandoned is
on file in the office of the Department of Community Development
in the City of San Jacinto to which reference is hereby made for
further particulars.
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in or objecting
to the proposed vacation and abandonment that a hearing thereon
will be held at the Community Center in the City of San Jacinto
located at 625 South Pico Street, San Jacinto, California, at 7: 30
p.m. Tuesday, August 6, 1991 which set time is no less than fifteen
(15) days from the adoption of this Resolution.
The City Clerk is directed to publish this resolution in the manner
prescribed by law for the publishing of ordinances of the City and
to post notices of vacation conspicuously along the line of the
property proposed to be vacated at least ten (10) days before the
date hereinabove set for hearing, said notices shall be posted and
shall state that this resolution has been adopted, and the time and
place hereinabove set forth for hearing thereon.
MOVED, PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of July 1991.
