RESOLUTION NO. 1977
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE
VACATION AND ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF ELEVENTH
STREET BETWEEN SANTA FE AVENUE AND THE
BUENA VISTA RETENTION BASIN
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of San Jacinto,
California, having expressed its intention to vacate and abandon
the public right-of-way over the property shown on attached Exhibit
"A" .
SECTION 2 : A public hearing, as required by law, was
conducted by the City Council on the 16th day of July, 1991, and
all notices and posting, as required by law of said vacation, have
been given and posted.
SECTION 3 : It is the intention of the City Council of the
City of San Jacinto to vacate the herein described property to
property owner(s) of record and that all objections of any thereto
having been heard and considered, and it being found that the City
has no present or prospective use for said public right-of-way.
SECTION 4 : It is hereby ordered that the proposed vacation
outlined on Exhibit "A" is not within the area for which a General
or Master Plan is adopted and that the public right-of-way over the
property described in Exhibit "A" be vacated and abandoned.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of July, 1991.
