RESOLUTION NO. 1961
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
THE PRELIMINARY REPORT OF THE CITY MANAGER OF
OF SAID CITY MADE PURSUANT TO THE REQUIREMENTS
OF RESOLUTION NO. 1961 OF SAID CITY COUNCIL
(San Jacinto Combined L & L Districts)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto,
California did in Resolution No. 1961 adopted June 4 , 1991, to the
provisions of the "Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972" of the
State of California (Part 2 of Division 15 of the Streets and
Highways Code of said State) , require the City Manager to make and
file with the Clerk of the City Council a report in writing
presenting certain matters relating to certain street lighting
fixtures and appurtenances and proposed maintenance thereof,
including the maintenance of all such fixtures and appurtenances
throughout said Districts and to the maintenance of landscaping in
various areas within said Districts as contemplated under the
provision of said "Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972 ; " and
WHEREAS, said City Manager, pursuant to the requirements of
said City Council as expressed in Resolution No. 1961 and of said
law, did make on the loth day of July 1991 file in the office of
the City Clerk (who is ex-officio Clerk of the City Council) of
said City, her report in writing responsive to the requirements of
said Resolution No. 1961 and of said law referred to in said
Resolution No. 1961 and of said law referred to in said Resolution
No. 1961 and as contemplated under the provision of said
"Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972 ; and
WHEREAS, said City Clerk has presented the said report to the
City Council of said City, and said Council has proceeded to
carefully examine, inspect, consider and is satisfied with said
report and with each and all of the items therein set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO.
CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS
FOLLOWS:

SECTION l: That the report of the City Manager of the City of
San Jacinto, California, bearing date the loth of July 1991, which
said report was prepared and filed pursuant to the requirements of
the provisions of Resolution No. 1961 of the City council of said
City, and in conformity with the provision of the "Landscaping and
Lighting Act of 1972, " of the State of California (Part 2 of
Division 15 of the Streets and Highways Code of said State) , and
which said report was filed in the office of the City Clerk (who is
ex-officio Clerk of the City Council) of the City of San Jacinto,
California, on the loth day of July 1991, be and the same is hereby
approved as so prepared, presented and filed.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage
and adoption of this Resolution, shall cause the same to be entered
among the original resolutions of the City Council of said City and
shall make a minute of the passage and adoption thereof in the
records of the proceedings of the City Council of said City in the
minutes of the meeting at which the same is passed and adopted.
