2 RESOLUTION NO. 1988
3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
4 ESTABLISHING FEES FOR RENTAL OF THE COMMUNITY CENTER
5 PURSUANT TO PROVISIONS OF THE CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE.

7 WHEREAS, the California Government Code authorizes local
8 government to establish reasonable fees for certain services
9 and other essential costs, and;
10
11 WHEREAS, the public facility located at 625 Pico Street
12 is available for the purpose of rental by public or private
13 individuals, community groups, clubs, and organizations,
14
15 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City
16 of San Jacinto establishes the following fees for rental
17 purposes:

21 City Council on the 6th day of August , 1991.

Comprehensive Rental Fee Schedule (Continued)
The following additional information and fee's are provided for
the rental applicant:
1. Cleaning deposits marked with a (*) are refundable
provided the facility is not damaged or not left
reasonably clean.
2. A fee of $1. 00 per table will be charged for 10 or
more tables requiring set-up/take-down by Center staff.
The fee is waived if applicant agrees to do own set-
up/take-down.
3. Uniform Private Security Guards are required for any
event serving alcohol. One Security Guard is required
for each 100 persons attending the event. Security
Guards/Company must be licensed to work within the
City of San Jacinto.
4. A rental attendant may be made available at the
renters discretion at a cost of $6.00 per hour for the
duration of the event. The rental attendant provides
services such as opening and closing the facility,
operation of all heating and air conditioning
equipment, emergency reporting, and coordination
between renter and Center during the event in case
unexpected needs arise.
S. Any equipment not available for rent from the Center
shall be provided by the renter at his or her expense.
