A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO ACCEPTING
EASEMENT WITHIN TRACT 23300 AND
DEEDING SAID EASEMENT TO RIVERSIDE
COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER
CONSERVATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, The owner of Tract No. 23300, offered a 30-
foot wide drainage easement and a 5-foot wide temporary
construction easement for the construction of Line "C" of the
Master Drainage Plan;
WHEREAS, The City did not accept these offers of
dedication;
WHEREAS, Line "C" is proposed for construction by
Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation
District between the Buena Vista Retention Basin and
Esplanade Avenue;
WHEREAS, The dedications must be accepted by the City
and granted to Riverside County Flood Control and Water
Conservation District;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the
City of San Jacinto does hereby resolve as follows:
1. The drainage easement offered to the City on Tract
23300 recorded on November 10, 1988, in Map Book
193, Pages 18 and 19 is hereby accepted.
2. Said accepted drainage easement is hereby deeded
to the Riverside County Flood Control and
Water Conservation District.
3 . The City hereby grants right of entry and
permission to construct in Line "C" within
these easements while they remain under the
City' s control.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the City Council of the City of San
Jacinto confirms Resolution No.
MOVEDF PASSED AND ADOPTED on the 27 day of August
1991.
