A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
3 CITY OF SAN JACINTO DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY
SCRAP AND AUTHORIZING DISPOSAL OF SAID PROPERTY
4 IN THE LEAST COSTLY MANNER.

6 WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto from time to time
7
accumulates property not useable as a result of breakage
8
9 or damage beyond repair, and;
10 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto

12 in an effort not to harbor property which cannot be used
13 or is not cost effective to repair has the authority to
14
15 declare the property scrap;
16 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of
17
18 the City of San Jacinto declares said property as shown
19 on Attachment "A" to be scrap and authorizes the disposal
20
21 of said property in the least costly manner.
22 MOVED, PASSED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
23
24 said City Council on the _ 3rd day of _Qap±Pm 1991.
