A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING STATE-LOCAL
MASTER AGREEMENT NO. SLTPP-5075 AND PROGRAM
SUPPLEMENT NO. 001 AND AUTHORIZING THEIR EXECUTION
BE IT RESOLVED that the State-Local Master Agreement No.
SLTPP-5075 (pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Section 2600 et
seq. ) and Program Supplement No. 001 are hereby approved and
execution of the Agreement and Supplement and any other necessary
documents are hereby authorized.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of October, 1991 .
