2 RESOLUTION NO. 2010
3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN JACINTO REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 1960
4 AND ESTABLISHING FEES FOR ALARM SYSTEMS
PURUSANT TO CHAPTER 8.30 OF THE
5 SAN JACINTO MUNICIPAL CODE.
6 WHEREAS, Chapter 8 . 20 of the San Jacinto Municipal
Code requires the establishment of fees for alarm
7 systems, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto does
hereby resolve as follows:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the
9 City of San Jacinto in accordance with provisions of
Chapter 8 . 20 of the San Jacinto Municipal Code
10 establishes the following fees:
ll ) 1. Alarm Permits
12 A. Business - Annual $ 66 . 00
13 B. Residential - (one Time Charge) 44 . 00
14 C. Senior Citizen over 60 years of
age (Residential) No Charge

2 . False Alarms

A. Four (4) false alarms within No Charge
17 365 days.
18 B. Fourth false alarm within 365 Letter
days. Notification

C. Five (5) to six (6) within $ 50 . 00
