3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
4 CITY OF SAN JACINTO ACCEPTING DONATED PROPERTY
FOR USE WITHIN THE SAN JACINTO POLICE DEPARTMENT
5 WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto from time to time
6 may receive a donation of equipment for use by public
safety; and
7
8 WHEREAS, the City under current law is authorized to
accept such donations on behalf of the City or any
9 department within the City.
10 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the
11 City of San Jacinto accepts one Regency TS-1 Turbo-
Scanner, Serial #591-A02948 with antenna, power supply
12 ' and manual for use by the San Jacinto Police Department.
13 MOVED, PASSED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
14 the City Council on the 3rd day of December, 19961by
the following vote:
15 AYES:
Councilmembers Ford, Hafliger, Leahy, Richards
16 and Mayor_ Boykin
NOES: None
