A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE APPROPRIATIONS
LIMITATION FOR FISCAL YEAR 1990-1991 AND AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 1889 ACCORDINGLY
WHEREAS, Article XIIIB of the California Constitution provides for the
establishment of a formal spending limitation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did, by Resolution No. 1889 on June 19, 1990, adopt
said limitations, and now must amend said resolution and limitation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the amended appropriations
limitation for fiscal year is established as $6,486,373, subject to later adjustments for
annexations, transfer and newly-assumed services and newly-established fees.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of December, 1991 by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Ford, Hafliger, Leahy, Richards and
Mayor Boykin
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
