2 RESOLUTION NO, 2016
3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY SCRAP AND AUTHORIZING DISPOSAL OF
4 SAID PROPERTY IN THE LEAST COSTLY MANNER

6 WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto from time to time accumulates
7 property not useable as a result of breakage or damage beyond repair, and;

9 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto in an
10 effort not to harbor property which cannot be used or is not cost
11 effective to repair has the authority to declare the property scrap;

13 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City of
14 San Jacinto declares said property as shown on Attachment "A" to be
15 scrap and authorizes the disposal of said property in the least costly
16 manner.

18 MOVED, PASSED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City
19 Council on the 17tdly of December , 1991 .
