RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A SPENDING
LIMITATION FOR FISCAL YEAR 1991-92
WHEREAS, Article XIIIB of the California Constitution provides for
the establishment of a formal spending limitation; and
WHEREAS, the spending limitation for Fiscal Year 1991-92 totals
$8, 009, 730 adjusted for various exempted fees and funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Fiscal Year 1991=92 spending
limitation is hereby established as $8, 009, 730 subject to
later adjustments for annexations, transfer and newly-
assumed services and newly-established fees.
MOVED, PASSED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting held this 7th day of
January 1992, by the following vote:
AYES: Hafliger, Leahy, Richards Boykin
NOES: None
ABSENT: Ford
ABSTAINED: None
