A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
DONATED PROPERTY FOR USE IN THE CITY ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto from time to time may receive a donation of
property for use by city staff; and
WHEREAS, the City under current law is authorized to accept such donations on
behalf of the City or any department within the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San
Jacinto accepts one Curio Cabinet from Mr. & Mrs. Francis R. Boykin for use in the City
Administrative Offices for the purpose of displaying items from their sister city in Russia.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of February, 1992 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Ford, I-lafliger, Leahy, Richards & Mayor Boykin
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
