13 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
14 OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
15 ACCEPTING DONATED PROPERTY FOR USE WITHIN
16 HOFMANN PARK.

is WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto from time to time
19 may receive donations of various items to be used by the
20 City for the enjoyment of the community residents; and
21
22 WHEREAS, the City under current law is authorized to
23 accept such donations on behalf of the city.

25 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the
26 City of San Jacinto accepts the following donated items:
