A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ALL RUBBISH AND REFUSE UPON SPECIFIED
STREETS AND PRIVATE PROPERTY WITHIN SAID CITY TO BE PUBLIC
NUISANCES AND ALL WEEDS GROWING UPON SPECIFIED STREETS AND
PRIVATE PROPERTY WITHIN SAID CITY TO BE SEASONAL AND RECURRENT
PUBLIC NUISANCES AND DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO REMOVE AND ABATE
THE SAME UNDER AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF TITLE 4,
DIVISION 3, PART 2, CHAPTER 13, ARTICLE 2, OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO ASSEMBLED IN REGULAR
SESSION THIS 17th DAY OF MARCH, 1992 DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
1. It is hereby found, determined and declared that rubbish and refuse existing upon the
hereinafter described parkways, streets and private property within the City of San Jacinto, and weeds
which bear seeds of wingy and/or downy nature and/or attain such a large growth as to become a fire
menace when dry, and/or which are otherwise noxious and/or dangerous, are growing upon the streets,
sidewalks and private property in the City of San Jacinto, California, described in Exhibit "A" hereinafter
referred to.
2. It is hereby found, determined and declared that weeds which bear seeds of wingy and/or
downy nature and/or attain such a large growth as to become a fire menace when dry, and/or which are
otherwise noxious and/or dangerous, are seasonal and recurrent nuisances and are growing upon the
streets, sidewalks and private property in the City of San Jacinto, California, described in Exhibit "A"
hereinafter referred to.
3. That pursuant to the provisions of Article 2, Chapter 13, Part 2, Division 3, Title 4, of the
California Government Code, such rubbish and refuse existing at and such weeds growing in or upon
streets, sidewalks, parkways or in private property at the locations set forth and more particularly
described in that certain list hereunto attached, marked Exhibit "A," and by this reference incorporated in
and made a part hereof, are determined and declared to be public nuisances which must be abated by the
removal thereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council will at the time of its regular meeting on
April 7, 1992 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 625 South Pico of said City, to hear and consider
all objections to the proposed removal of weeds, rubbish and refuse.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution and cause it to be published pursuant to law.

AYES: Councilmembers Ford, Hafliger, Leahy, Richards and Boykin
