A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
CONFIRMING RESOLUTION 1727A AND
COMMENCING PROCEEDINGS FOR
AMENDING THE SPHERE OF INFLUENCE
OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 56426 requires the
establishment of a sphere of influence for cities; and
WHEREAS, Section 56425-56427 establish procedures for
amendments to the sphere of influence; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously adopted
Resolution No. 1727A commencing proceedings to amend the sphere
of influence.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the
City of San Jacinto confirms Resolution No. 1727A.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager, or a
designated representative, is hereby authorized to submit an
application to amend the sphere of influence, as identified on
Exhibit "All attached hereto, on behalf of the City.
MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED on the 21st day of April,
1992 .
