RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A SPENDING
LIMITATION FOR FISCAL YEAR 1992-93
WHEREAS, Article XIIIB of the California Constitution provides for
the establishment of a formal spending limitation; and
WHEREAS, the spending limitation for Fiscal Year 1992-93 totals
$9, 258, 447 adjusted by Per Capita Personal Income and
January 1, 1992 population change.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Fiscal Year 1992-92 spending
limitation is hereby established as $9, 258,447 subject to
later adjustments for annexations, transfer and newly-
assumed services and newly-established fees.
MOVED, PASSED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting held this 30 day of
June 1992 , by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Hafliger, Leahy, Richards & Boykin
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmember Ford
ABSTAIN: None
