A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING
APPLICANTS AGENT PERTAINING TO DISASTER ASSISTANCE
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of San Jacinto, California,
designates the following individuals:
Ross Chadwick, Fire Chief
Anna Vega, Finance Director
Pamela S. Easter, City Manager
the authorization to execute on behalf of the City of San Jacinto, a public entity established
under the laws of the State of California, this application and to file it in the Office of
Emergency Services for the purpose of obtaining certain federal financial assistance under
P.I. 93-288 as amended by the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance
Act of 1988, or state financial assistance under the Natural Disaster Assistance Act.
That the City of San Jacinto, a public entity established under the laws of the State
of California, hereby authorizes its agents to provide to the State Office of Emergency
Services for all matters pertaining to such state disaster assistance the assurances and
agreements required.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of July, 1992, by the following vote:
