RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE
1992-93 FISCAL YEAR GENERAL FUND BUDGET
IN THE AMOUNT OF $68, 500
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1 . The Budget for the of the City of San Jacinto
for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1992 , and ending June 30 ,
1993 , was hereby approved and adopted on June 30 , 1992 .
SECTION 2 . The Approved Budget is in accordance with all
applicable ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of
the State . The reallocation of appropriations between
departmental activities may be made upon approval of the City
Manager, providing there is no change in the total
appropriations as approved by the City Council .
SECTION 3 . Amendments to the Budget shall be by approval
and Resolution of the City Council . As of the adoption of the
budget resolution the State had not resolved its budget . The City
did not know with certainty the extent revenues would be
affected, therefore, this budget has been reviewed and brought
before Council for necessary amendments, after the State budget
was passed.
SECTION 4 . The Finance Director is hereby directed to
decrease the following departmental budgets :
10-1700 Community Development $ 3 , 802
10-2500 Non Departmental $ 5, 000
10-3100 Police $24 , 588
10-3200 Fire $23 , 110
10-4150 P.W. Maintenance/Operation $ 9 , 500
10-6100 Museum $ 2 , 500
Total General Fund Decrease : $68 , 500
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15 day of September, 1992 .
