RESOLUTION NO. 2070
1 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACIN TO,
CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING BOUNDARY MAP SHOWING TERRITORY TO BE
21 ANNEXED TO AN EXISTING COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT

THIS RESOLUTION IS ADOPTED WITH REFERENCE TO THE FOLLOWING
4 FACTS:
5 WHEREAS , the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
CALIFORNIA, (hereinafter referred to as the "legislative body of
6 the local Agency" ) , desires to annex territory to an existing
Community Facilities District pursuant to the terms and provi-
sions of the "Mello-Roos community Facilities Act of 1982" ,
being Chapter 2 . 5, Part 1, Division 2, Title 5 of the Government
8 Code of the State of California, and specifically Article 3 . 5
thereof . The existing Community Facilities District has been
9 designated as COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 3 ( hereinafter
referred to as the "District" ) ; and,

WHEREAS, there has been submitted a map showing the territory
17. proposed to be annexed to the existing Community Facilities
District , said area to be designated as COMMUNITY FACILITIES
12iDISTRICT NO. 3, ANNEXATION NO. 3 ( hereinafter referred to as the
"annexed territory" ) .

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
14 City of San Jacinto , in regular session , this 6th day of
October, 1992 , as follows:

1. That the above recitals are all true and correct.

2 . That the map showing the property, parcels and territory
17 proposed to be annexed to an existing Community Facilities
District and to be subject to a special tax to be leviec
18 is hereby approved and adopted. Said map is designated b)
the name of the existing District and the number of the
19 proposed annexation.
20 3 . A certificate shall be endorsed on the original and on al
least one ( 1 ) copy of the map of the District, evidencing
21 the date and adoption of this Resolution, and withii
fifteen ( 15 ) days after the adoption of the Resolutioi
22i fixing the time and place of the hearing on the intentioi
to annex or extent of the annexation to said District, .
23 copy of said map shall be filed with the correct an(
proper endorsements thereon with the County Recorder, al.
24 in the manner and form provided for in Section 3111 of thi
Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.

1 4 . The Ci..ty Clerk shall certify to the adoption of thi
26 Resolution.
