RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT
FOR REFORMATION OF SAN JACINTO KIOSK PROGRAM AND FOR
REDIRECTION OF INCOME THEREFROM TO THE
SAN JACINTO CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.
WHEREAS, on May 22, 1990, the City Council for the City
of San Jacinto (hereinafter "City") adopted Resolution No. 1880
designating the San Jacinto Kiosk Program Association (hereinafter
"Association") as the responsible party to operate, maintain,
manage and enforce the kiosk signs program for the City of San
Jacinto. Said Resolution was later supplemented and amended by
Resolution No. 2033 , adopted May 5, 1992 ; and
WHEREAS, due to changed circumstances, the City and the
Association desire to reformulate the Association, more
particularly define the formation and operation of the Association,
to assign certain duties to the San Jacinto Chamber of Commerce,
and to assign the income derived from the Kiosk Program to the San
Jacinto Chamber of Commerce in consideration for the services and
promises on its part to be performed,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The agreement attached hereto and incorporated by
reference is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized to sign
the original thereof.
