2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AMENDED BOUNDARY MAP AND CHANGES AND
3 MODIFICATIONS PERTAINING TO ANNEXATION PROCEEDINGS FOR A
COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT

5 THIS RESOLUTION IS ADOPTED WITH REFERENCE TO THE FOLLOWING
FACTS.

7 WHEREAS , t h e CITY COUNCIL of t h e CITY OF SAN JACINTO ,
CALIFORNIA, ( hereinafter referred to as the " legislative body of
8 the local Agency" ) , has initiated proceedings for the annexation
of certain territory to an existing Community Facilities
9 District ( COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 1-1 ) ( hereinafter
referred to as the " District " ) pursuant to the terms and
10 provisions of the "Mello-Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982 " ,
being Chapter 2 . 5 , Part 1 , Division 2 , Title 5 of the Government
11 Code of the State of California , said area to be annexed being
designated as COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO . 3 , ANNEXATION
12 NO. 3 ( hereinafter referred to as the "annexed territory" ) , and ,
13 WHEREAS , the City Council did previously approve a boundary
map depicting the territory -subject to annexation to tlh.e
14 District ; and,
15 WHEREAS , there has been presented to the City Council an
amended boundary map which would delete certain properties from
16 the annexation proceedings .
17 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of San ,Iacinto, in regular session , this 17th day of November ,
18 1992 , as follows :
19 1 . That the above recitals are true and correct .
20 2 . The City Council hereby approves the amended boundary map
for the annexation proceedings for the Community Facilities
21 District and the amended boundary map shall supersede the
original boundary map for the annexation proceedings .

3 . The City Clerk shall cause the amended boundary map to be
23 recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County
of Riverside within ten ( 10 ) days of the date cE adoption
24 of this Resolution .
25 4 . The amended boundary map shall be the boundary map for all
future proceedings pertaining to the proposed annexation .

5 . The. City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
27 Resolution.
