A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
CALIFORNIA DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL
ELECTION HELD ON NOVEMBER 3, 1992
WHEREAS, The City Council pursuant to Resolution No. 2040 called for the
conduction of a General Municipal Election on November 3, 1992, as required by law;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council consolidated said election and requested that the
Registrar of Voters canvassed the returns, which have been certified as shown on
Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, notices of said election were duly given in the time, form, and manner as
provided by law; and that in all respects said election was held and conducted and the
votes cast, received and canvassed and declared pursuant to the Elections Code of
the State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 That there were nineteen (19) voting precincts established for the
purpose of holding said election.
Section 2 That said General Municipal Election was held for the purpose of
electing two (2) members of the City Council for a term of four (4)
years pursuant to the laws of the State of California.
Section 3 That the whole number of votes cast in said election was
7195
Section 4 The names of all persons voted upon at said election and the
votes cast were as follows:

Rosalie Hernandez 911
Mary Jane Hynes-Hannegan 863
Arthur Sheppard 1,196
David Solorio 1,309
Perry Warren 449
Patrick Williams 3,005
Virgal Woolfolk 1,306
Section 5 The City Council does declare and determine that:
Patrick Williams was elected as a member of the City Council for
the full term of four (4) years.
David Solorio was elected as a member of the City Council for the
full term of four (4) years.
Section 6 That the City Clerk shall immediately make and deliver to each of
such persons so elected a Certificate of Election; and administer
an Oath of Office.
Section 7 The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution, and
enter the same in the records of the proceedings of the City
Council.
APPROVED, AND ADOPTED on this 1st day of December, 1992.
