5 THIS RESOLUTION IS ADOPTED -TTH REFERENCE TO THE FOLLOWING
FACTS*

WHEREAS , t h e CITY COUNCIL of t h e CITY OF SAN JACINTO ,
7 CALIFORNIA, ( hereinafter referred to as the " legislative body" ) ,
desires to annex territory to an existing Community Facilities
8 District pursuant to the terms and provisions of the "Mello-Roos
Community Facilities Act of 1982 " , being Chapter 2 . 5 , Part 1 ,
9 Division 2 , Title 5 of the Government Code of the State of
California , and speci=ically Article 3 . 5 thereof . The existing
10 Community Facilities District has been designated as COMMUNITY
FACILITIES DISTRICT NO . 3 ( hereinafter referred to as the
11 "District" ) ; and,
12 WHEREAS, there has 117,een submitted a map showing the territory
proposed - existing

13 District , said area to be d, signated as COMMUNITY FACILITIES
DISTRICT NO . 3 , RNNEI'.RTION NO. 4 " hereinafter referred to as the
14 "annexed territory"
15 NOW , THEREFORE , BE TT RBSCIT,11;7, °, by the City Council of the
City of San Jacinto , in req_,. Iar session , this day of
16 January, 1993 , as follows :
17 1 - That the above recital.--- aze all true and correct .
18 2 - That the map showing the property , parcels and territory
proposed to be annexed to an existing Community Facilities
19 District and to be subject to a special tax to be levied
is hereby approved and adopted. Said map is designated by
20 the name of the existing District and the number of the
proposed annexation .

22 least one ( 1 ) co-_,)v of the map of the District , evidencing
the date and a d c p t i o n o- f this Resolution , and within
23 fifteen ( 15 ) d a-y s after the adoption of the Resolution
