A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING
DISPOSAL OF SAID PROPERTY BY AUCTION
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto from time to time
accumulates property not useable as a result of damage, age or
no longer safe for use, and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto in an
effort not to harbor property which cannot be used or is not
cost effective to repair, has the authority to declare the
property as surplus,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City
of San Jacinto declares said property as shown on Attachment
"A " to be surplus and authorizes the disposal of said property in
accordance with lawful procedures.
MOVED, PASSED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said
City Council on the 2nd day of February, 1993.

NOES. None
ABSENT. None
