RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, SECOND AMENDMENT
OF THE 1992-93 FISCAL YEAR GENERAL FUND
BUDGET IN THE AMOUNT OF $329, 154
WHEREAS; The City of San Jacinto fiscal year commences July
1, 1992, through June 30, 1993 , and
WHEREAS : The fiscal year budget was approved and adopted on
June 30 , 1992 , and
WHEREAS; Said budget was amended September 15, 1992 in the
amount of $68 , 500 due to State budget cutbacks, and
WHEREAS; A second budget amendment in the amount of
$329 , 154 is hereby deemed prudent and necessary for the continued
operation of the City of San Jacinto' s General Fund;
WHEREAS; Said second budget amendment reflects an increase
in General Fund expenditures and an increase of equal amount in
revenue, and
WHEREAS; Said budget is in accordance with all applicable
ordinances of the City and all applicable statues of the State
WHEREAS; Said amendments to the budget shall be made by
said Resolution and motion of the City Council .
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT; The Finance Director is
hereby directed to make the necessary amendments to the 1992-93
budgeted appropriations and estimated revenue as outlined in
exhibits A and B attached.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16gday of March, 1993 .
