2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THE RESULTS OF A "MELLO-RODS COMMUNITY
3 FACILITIES ACT OF 1982" SPECIAL TAX ELECTION

THIS RESOLUTION IS ADOPTED WITH REFERENCE TO THE FOLLOWING
5 FACTS :

WHEREAS , the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY" OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA
7 ( hereinafter referred to as the " legislative body of the local
Agency " ) , has previously declared its intention and held and
8 conducted proceedings relating to the annexation of territory to
an existing Community Facilities District pursuant to the terms
9 and provisions of the "Mello-Roos Community Facilities Act of
198211 , being Chapter 2 . 5 , Part 1 , Division 2 , Title 5 of the
10 Government Code of the State of California, and specifically
Article 3 . 5 thereof . The existing Community Facilities District
11 has been designated as COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO . 3 ( here-
inafter referred to as the " District" ) ; and ,
12 WHEREAS , the area proposed to be annexed is known and designated
13 as COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO . 3 , ANNEXATION NO. 4 ( herein-
after referred to as the " annexed territory" ) ; and,

WHEREAS , said legislative body did call for and order to be held
15 an election to submit to the qualified voters of the annexed
territory a proposition to levy a special tax in the annexed
16 territory ; and ,
17 WHEREAS , at this time said election has been held and the
measure voted upon by the qualified voters , and this legislative
13 body does desire to declare the results of the election in accor-
dance with the authorization of Section 22932 of the Elections
19 Code of the State of California.
20 NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of San Jacinto, in regular session, this 20th day of April ,
21 1993 as follows :
22 1 . That the above reci�als are all true and correct .
23 2 . That this legislative body hereby receives and approves the
CERTIFICATE OF ELECTION OFFICIAL AND STATEMENT OF VOTES
24 CAST, as submitted by the Election Official , said Statement
setting forth the number of votes cast in the election , the
25 measure voted upon, and the number of votes given for oror
against the measure voted upon . A copy of said Certificate
26 and Statement is attached hereto , marked Exhibit "A" ,
referenced and so incorporated .

6 The undersigned , ELECTION OFFICIAL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE , STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that
7 pursuant to the provisions of Section 53326 of the Government
Code and Division 12 , commencing with Section 17000 of the
8 Elections Code of the State of California , I did canvass the
returns of the votes cast at the

in said City , and the totals of the respective columns and the
15 totals as shown for the Measure are full , true and correct .

1 3 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to enter in the
minutes of this meeting the results of the election and the
2 STATEMENT OF VOTES CAST .
3 4 . That this legislative body does hereby further determine as
follows :

A. The annexation election did receive a favorable vote;
5
B . The area subject to the annexation is now added to and
6 becomes a part of the existing District ;
7 C. This legislative body is now authorized to levy the
special taxes within the annexed area as said taxes are
8 previously authorized .
9 5 . That immediately upon adoption of this Resolution , the
AMENDMENT TO THE 140TICE OF SPECIAL TAX LIEN (NOTICE OF
10 ANNEXATION ) shall be recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder.

6 . The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
12 Resolution.

MOVED , PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF SAID CITY
14 COUNCIL duly held the 20th day of April , 1993 .

RESOLUTION 2120
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING
DISPOSAL OF SAID PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto from time to time
accumulates property not usable as a result of damage, age
or no longer safe for use, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto in an
effort not to harbor property which cannot be used or is not cost
effective to repair, has the authority to declare the property as surplus;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED the City Council of the City of
San Jacinto declares said property as shown on Attachment °A° to be
surplus and authorizes the disposal of said property in accordance
with lawful procedures.
(MOVED, PASSED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City
Council on the20th day of April , 1993.
