RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2104 OF THE
CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE SALE. EXECUTION
AND DELIVERY OF $1,975,000 CERTIFICATES OF
PARTICIPATION
WHEREAS, on March 2, 1993. the Board of Directors adopted Resolution No. 2104
authorizing the issuance of not more than $1,900,000 Certificates of Participation: and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that an additional S75.000 is need to pay Project
Costs, as defined in the Installment Purchase Agreement and capitalized interest: and
WHEREAS, the Underwriter has agreed to purchase $1,975,000 of the Certificates of
Participation:
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of San Jacinto does hereby find,
determine, resolve and order as follows:
BE IT RESOLVED THAT Resolution No. 2104 be amended by striking the figure
$1,900,000 wherever it appears and in lieu thereof inserting the figure $1,975,000.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 18th day of May. 1993.
