Home My WebLink AboutResolution - 3544 STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) RESOLUTION NO. 3544 COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE) ss CITY OF SAN JACINTO ) A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, RECITING THE FACTS OF THE CONSOLIDATED REGULAR MUNICIPAL ELECTION CONDUCTED ON NOVEMBER 4, 2014 AND DECLARING THE RESULTS OF SAID ELECTION WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto consolidated its general municipal election on November 4, 2014, as designated by the Resolution Nos. 3509 and 3510; and WHEREAS, on November 21, 2014, the Riverside County Registrar of Voters certified the results of the canvass for the November 4, 2014 consolidated regular and special elections to the San Jacinto City Clerk, as required by state law; and WHEREAS, the results of said certified canvass are attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated by reference herein; and WHEREAS, the City Clerk has certified the results of the regular election to the City Council, pursuant to Elections Code 10262. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, determined and ordered by the City Council of the City of San Jacinto, that at this time the City Council desires to declare the results of the election, pursuant to California Elections Code 10264 and 10265: SECTION 1. Recitals. The above recitals are all true and correct. SECTION 2. Declaration of Election Results. This City Council does hereby declare, pursuant to Elections Code sections 10264, 10263, and 10265, the following results of the consolidated regular election of November 4, 2014: Whole number of votes cast in City of San Jacinto: 5,616 City of San Jacinto - Member, City Council JAMES D PANGRAZZI 1082 ALONSO LEDEZMA 1955 BRANDON BROADWELL 1743 SCOTT MILLER 2186 STEVE DI MEMMO 1530 SECTION 3. Declaration of Persons Elected. This City Council does hereby declare the following persons elected to the three (3) City Councilmember positions and one (1) City Treasurer position: CITY COUNCIL: ALONSOLEDEZMA SCOTT MILLER SECTION 4. Declaration of Ballot Measure. This City Council does hereby declare the following results of Ballot Measure CC: Whole number of votes cast: 5,616 Measure CC — City of San Jacinto YES 2608 NO 2858 Total 5,466 SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the approval and adoption of this Resolution and enter it into the book of original Resolutions.
