A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, DEDICATING AND ACCEPTING
CERTAIN CITY-OWNED LAND LOCATED ON THE CORNER OF
BROWN AND SECOND STREET AS A PERMANENT EASEMENT
AND RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR PUBLIC STREET AND UTILITY
PURPOSES TO BECOME AND BE KNOWN AS A PORTION OF
SECOND STREET.
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto currently owns a ninety (90) foot
rectangular parcel of property located at the corner of Brown and Second Street
within the City of San Jacinto ("Property"), more particularly described and
depicted in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference;
and
WHEREAS, the City desires to create an easement and right-of-way for
public street and any and all utilities.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, determined, and ordered by the
City Council of the City of San Jacinto as follows:
1 . That the approximately ninety (90) foot rectangular parcel of property
located at the corner of Brown and Second Street within the City of San
Jacinto, County of Riverside, California, as described and depicted in
Exhibit "A", is hereby dedicated and accepted as a permanent easement
and right-of-way for public street and utility purposes, to become and be
known as a portion of Second Street.x
2. The dedication and acceptance of the above-described parcel of property
for public use for street purposes shall include and does hereby include all
rights to construct, maintain and use utilities, including but not limited to
sanitary sewers, storm drains, street lighting, electrical, and other such
utilities consistent with the use as a public street.
3. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Riverside
County, California.

Our property may have physical access, but it does not have legal access. In October of 1945 Stearns
acquired our Property as a whole Lot, then in August of 1948 Stearns conveyed the Easterly 90 feet of our
lot to the City,stearns did not reserve an easement at that time, and the City never granted us an
easement in orderto go over that portion of the lot that the cul-de-sac Is on. I have attached the
documents to show no access.
