A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF -SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AN AMENDED AND RESTATED JOINT EXERCISE OF
POWERS AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
FOR THE SAN JACINTO FINANCING AUTHORITY
WHEREAS,the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Jacinto (the "Agency")
and the City of San Jacinto (the "City") have previously conducted proceedings to establish the San
Jacinto Financing Authority (the "Authority") for the purpose of financing of the construction and
acquisition of various public improvements in or of benefit to the City and Agency under Section
6500 et sea. of the California Government Code;
WHEREAS,the City and the Agency desire to amend and restate the powers of the
Authority and the duties of the various officers and directors of the Authority;
THEREFORE,IT IS RESOLVED,THAT THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO ADOPTS THE
FOLLOWING:
Section 1. Amendment of Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement. The Agency hereby
approves and authorizes the Chairman of the Agency to execute and the Secretary of the Agency to
attest the Amended and Restated Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement in substantially the form on
file with the Agency together with any changes therein deemed advisable by the counsel to the
Agency.
Section 2. Official Actions. The Chairman, the Vice Chairman, the Executive
Director, the Finance Director and the Secretary of the Agency, and all other proper officers of the
Agency are hereby authorized and directed to take all actions and do all things necessary or desirable
hereunder with respect to the execution of said agreement and the reorganization of the Authority,
including but not limited to the execution and delivery of any and all agreements, certificates,
instruments and other documents which they, or any of them, may deem necessary or desirable and
not inconsistent with the purposes of this Resolution.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Resolution shall take effect from and after the date
of its passage and adoption.
