RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ACTING IN THEIR CAPACITY AS THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA,
ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
COMMENCING JULY 1, 1995 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1996
THE CITY COUNCIL ACTING IN THEIR CAPACITY AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Budget for the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Jacinto for
the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1995, and ending June 30, 1996 is hereby approved and
incorporated herein as Exhibit "A".
SECTION 2. The Approved Budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of
the City, Redevelopment Agency and all applicable statutes of the State. The reallocation of
appropriations between departmental activities may be made upon approval of the Executive
Director, providing there is no change in the total appropriations as approved by the Agency
Members.
SECTION 3. Amendments to the Budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the
Redevelopment Agency Members.
SECTION 4. The Secretary shall certify the adoption of the Budget and shall cause it to
be filed with the County Auditor, within 60 days of the adoption, along with a certified copy of the
Resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of January, 1996.
