A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN JACINTO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
AUTHORIZING TRANSMITTAL OF THE DRAFT REPORT TO CITY COUNCIL
AND THE DRAFT REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE SAN JACINTO
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT, AMENDMENT NO. 3
WHEREAS; the San Jacinto City Council has directed the San Jacinto
Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency") to initiate an amendment to the Redevelopment
Plan for the San Jacinto Redevelopment Project to delete area; and
WHEREAS; The Agency is preparing the Draft Report to City Council and the
Draft Redevelopment Plan for said amendment; and
WHEREAS; said Draft Report to City Council and Draft Redevelopment Plan will
be prepared pursuant to the requirements of the Community Redevelopment Law (Health
and Safety Code Section 33000 et seq.); and
WHEREAS; said Draft Report to City Council and Draft Redevelopment Plan shall
be transmitted to each affected taxing entity in accordance with Section 33328.3 of the
Community Redevelopment Law; and
WHEREAS; Section 33346 of the Community Redevelopment Law requires that
said Draft Redevelopment Plan be submitted to the Planning Commission for its report
and recommendation of conformity to the City of San Jacinto General Plan; and
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the San Jacinto
Redevelopment Agency as follows:
Section 1: The Draft Report to City Council and the Draft Redevelopment Plan
for the San Jacinto Redevelopment Project, Amendment No. 3 are hereby approved for
transmittal to the various affected taxing agencies, as required by law.
Section 2: The Draft Report to City Council and the Draft Redevelopment Plan
for the San Jacinto Redevelopment Project, Amendment No. 3 are hereby approved for
transmittal to the Planning Commission for its review, as required by law.
Section 3: The Executive Director of the Agency is hereby authorized and
directed to make such transmittals.
