A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN JACINTO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
CONSENTING TO A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING WITH RESPECT TO THE
REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE SAN JACINTO REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT, AMENDMENT NO. 3, AND THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION
PREPARED IN CONNECTION THEREWITH
WHEREAS; the San Jacinto City Council (the "Council") has directed the San
Jacinto Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency") to initiate an amendment to the
Redevelopment Plan for the San Jacinto Redevelopment Project to delete area; and
WHEREAS; Sections 33348 and 33360 of the Community Redevelopment Law
require that the Council and the Agency must hold a joint public hearing on the proposed
amendment; and
WHEREAS; Section 33349 of the Community Redevelopment Law requires that
a notice of said public hearing be published in a newspaper of general circulation, and
be mailed to each property owner, resident, business, and affected taxing agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, the San Jacinto Redevelopment Agency hereby resolves as
follows:
Section 1: The Agency hereby consents to a Joint Public Hearing with the
Council on the proposed amended Redevelopment Plan for the San Jacinto
Redevelopment Project, Amendment No. 3, and the Negative Declaration prepared in
connection therewith at the following time and place:
Date: February 6, 1996
Time: 7:30 p.m.
Place: The San Jacinto Community Center
625 S. Pico Ave., San Jacinto, CA 92583
Section 2: The Secretary of the Agency, in cooperation with the City Clerk is
authorized and directed to give notice of such public hearing in the form and manner
required by law.
