RESOLUTION OF THE SAN JACINTO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY CON-
SENTING TO A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING WITH RESPECT TO THE
AMENDED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE SAN JACINTO REDEVEL-
OPMENT PROJECT AND THE DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL ACT RE-
PORT PREPARED CONNECTION THEREWITH
WHEREAS,the San Jacinto Redevelopment Agency(the"Agency")has initiated
proceedings for the adoption of the amended Redevelopment Plan for the San Jacinto
Redevelopment Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE SAN JACINTO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
1. The San Jacinto Redevelopment Agency hereby consents to a Joint Public
Hearing with the San Jacinto City Council on the proposed amended
Redevelopment Plan for the San Jacinto Redevelopment Project and the
Draft Environmental Impact Report prepared in connection therewith at
the following time and place:
Date: December 7, 1993
Time: 7':30 ,P.m.
Place: Council Chambers, 625 S. Pico Avenue
2. The Secretary of the Agency, in cooperation with the City Clerk, is
authorized and directed to give notice of such public hearing in the form
and manner required by law.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of November, 1993.
