A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN JACINTO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
AUTHORIZING TRANSMITTAL OF THE PROPOSED PRELIMINARY REPORT
FOR SAN JACINTO REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT, AMENDMENT NO. 1
WHEREAS, the San Jacinto Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency") proposes to add area
to the San Jacinto Redevelopment Project; and
WHEREAS, California Community Redevelopment Law requires the preparation of a
Preliminary Report for redevelopment plan amendments which add area; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has prepared a Preliminary Report (the "Report"); and
WHEREAS, the Report was prepared pursuant to the requirements of the Community
Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code Section 33000 et seq.); and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Report shall be transmitted to each affected taxing entity in
accordance with Section 33344.5 of the Community Redevelopment Law, and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Report shall be reviewed by said taxing entities in determining
whether to call for the formation of a fiscal review committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the San Jacinto Redevelopment
Agency as follows:
SECTION 1: The proposed Preliminary Report for the San Jacinto Redevelopment Project,
Amendment No. 1, copies of which have been presented to this body as of the date of this Resolution,
are hereby approved for transmittal to the representative of Riverside County and to the various
affected taxing agencies, as required by law.
SECTION 2: The Executive Director of the Agency is hereby authorized and directed to
make such transmittals.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 20th day of July, 1993.
