RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 93-2
AUTHORIZING THE SALE, ENECUTION AND DELIVERY
OF $1.975,000 CERTIFICATES OF PARTICIPATION
WHEREAS, on March 2. 1993, the Board of Directors adopted Resolution No. 93-2
authorizing the issuance of not more than $1.900,000 Certificates of Participation: and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that an additional 575,000 is need to pav Project
Costs. as defined in the Installment Purchase Agreement and capitalized interest: and
WHEREAS, the Underwriter has agreed to purchase $1.975.000 of the Certificates of
Participation:
NOW, THEREFORE, The Board of Directors of the Redevelopment Agencv of the City
of San Jacinto does hereby find. determine, resolve and order as follows:
SECTION 1. Resolution No. 93-2 be amended by striking the figure S 1,900.000
wherever it appears and in lieu thereof inserting the figure $1.975,000.
SECTION 2. Sections 14 and 15 are added to Resolution 93-2 to read follows:
SECTION 14. The Agency hereby determines that the acquisition,
construction and installation of the Project is of benefit to the
Project Area and the surrounding neighborhood in which the
Project is located.
SECTION 15. The Agencv hereby determines that it is
appropriate to construct and install or cause the construction and
installation of the Pro iect and that there are no other reasonable
means of financing the Agency.
